Organizational Structure of NoBA

The Network of Baptist Associations (NoBA) is led by a National Leadership Team of 17 Associational Directors of Missions (effective Jan. ‘07 Summit).
The National Leadership Team (NLT) members represent:
- Geographic sections of the nation
- Specific size designation of associations (such as rural, suburban, urban)
- Affinity groupings of associations
- Generational or contextually relevant associations.
From within the NLT, an Executive Board of five members was selected. The role of the Executive Board is to:
- Manage the affairs of NoBA,
- Represent NoBA on the national level, and
- Present the names of 12 other representatives at the Annual Summit for affirmation by members present at the Annual NoBA Summit.
